💼 About This Role

You'll own how parts move across Hadrian's factories by deploying AMR fleets, conveyance, and overhead material movement systems. Your core impact is turning manufacturing cells into a seamless, high-throughput factory. This role offers hands-on commissioning of advanced material-flow systems for aerospace and defense production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scope, select, and commission AMR fleets from vendor trade-off through ramp support.
• Design conveyance runs for inter-cell and intra-cell flow with cycle-time math.
• Design overhead material movement including bridge cranes, gantries, and hoists.
• Integrate material movement systems with MES/WMS via VDA 5050, OPC-UA, MQTT, REST.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in ME, EE, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years deploying AMRs/AGVs, conveyance, or overhead material-handling in production.
• Personally commissioned at least one fleet (MiR, OTTO, Fetch, Zebra, Geek+, 6 River) or similar.
• Working knowledge of VDA 5050, OPC-UA, MQTT, REST, and MES/WMS integration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Factory-scale material-flow experience with 20+ AMRs or full-factory conveyance.
• ROS/ROS2 exposure for when vendor fleets fall short.
• Python for data pulls and fleet analytics.
