Description

You will oversee inventory and cost accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and gross margin analysis. You'll manage an inventory accounting team, coordinate with operations, and support auditors while ensuring accurate inventory costs in NetSuite.

Requirements

• 3+ years cost accounting in e-commerce, retail, or CPG
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2 years large-scale ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Expert Excel skills with pivot tables and XLOOKUP
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for inventory and cost accounting
• Perform monthly flux explanations and gross margin analysis
• Manage purchase price variance and received-not-vouchered reconciliation
• Review and maintain accurate inventory costs in ERP (NetSuite)
• Manage and develop inventory accounting staff
