You'll scale a high-intent marketplace and own metro P&L for Zipline in Houston. Your core impact will be driving customer metrics (GMV, retention, frequency) and building local partnerships. This role combines commercial execution with external leadership.

- Own metro site P&L and customer metrics.
- Build a healthy marketplace with high utilization.
- Drive regional local sales and partnerships.
- Execute local marketing strategies and community engagement.
- Align teams on site selection and capacity planning.

- Commercial or sales leadership experience with P&L ownership.
- Proven ability to scale a product or business from launch through growth.
- Deep commercial acumen to translate market insight into growth plans.
- Experience collaborating with product/platform teams to shape priorities.
