You will lead a team building the next-generation Ad Serving platform at Nextdoor, designing scalable systems that automate global campaign management for advertisers of all sizes. You'll partner with product, design, and engineering peers to define technical strategy and deliver value to local communities and businesses.

Requirements

• 8+ years building large-scale infrastructure serving millions of users
• 3+ years leading teams building engineering platforms at scale
• Ads domain expertise and industry trends knowledge
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Clear communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a diverse, multidisciplinary team through recruiting and mentorship
• Own technical roadmap, architecture, and execution of Ads Serving platform
• Partner with engineers to design scalable, reliable Ads Serving Platform
• Ensure adserver compliance with platform guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build roadmap and support operations
