  • Provide advanced technical support via phone, online, and email
  • Offer root cause correction to eliminate recurrence of issues
  • Verify issues before involving development teams
  • Attend product sprint reviews and trainings

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support for enterprise B2B
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment
  • Exceptional technical and analytical skills across complex environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Experience in property management software
  • A second European language (German, Spanish, French, Dutch)
