- Provide advanced technical support via phone, online, and email
- Offer root cause correction to eliminate recurrence of issues
- Verify issues before involving development teams
- Attend product sprint reviews and trainings
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support for enterprise B2B
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment
- Exceptional technical and analytical skills across complex environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
- Experience in property management software
- A second European language (German, Spanish, French, Dutch)
