Description

You will lead end-to-end captures for mid-to-large scale defense opportunities, owning the proposal lifecycle from RFI through submission. You'll translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for DoD customers, collaborate across teams to develop win strategies, and refine proposal management workflows.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of end-to-end capture and proposal management for DoD
• Proven win record on competitive proposals ($50M-$100M+)
• Deep familiarity with FAR/DFARS and non-traditional acquisition pathways
• Exceptional writing skills for technical and management content
• Experience building processes in dynamic environments
