Description

You will support the home health sales team by processing referrals, coordinating care transitions, and building relationships with referral sources. This hybrid role offers growth into a sales career in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; sales/referral management experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 1 year experience in healthcare setting, home health care preferred
• Experience with health system/referral management/home health platforms a plus
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and communicate core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way
• Partner with sales team to build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Review and compile documentation to transition care from acute/sub-acute settings to BAYADA
• Coordinate with service office to set up physician-ordered services
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Area Sales on key accounts
