• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
• Promote new products via social media and BOPIS/curbside pickup
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, scheduling, merchandising)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and merchandise products
