You'll be the primary owner of PostgreSQL database operations and lead data integration projects that centralize company data for analytics. You'll collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Business Operations to ensure data integrity, performance, and accessibility. This role combines deep PostgreSQL expertise with data pipeline engineering in a cloud-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own PostgreSQL database availability, incident response, and operational health.
• Implement high availability and disaster recovery processes.
• Perform live schema updates, patches, and performance tuning.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from enterprise systems to centralized data pools.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a DBA
• 8+ years supporting SaaS platforms
• 4+ years with automation tools and workflows
• PostgreSQL hands-on experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Chef/Terranova
• Proficiency in Ruby and/or Python
• Experience with Airbyte, Fivetran, or similar platforms
