💼 About This Role

You'll join the Automation Center of Excellence to implement AI solutions for a life sciences tech company. You'll develop proof-of-concepts and scale solutions globally using NLP and prompt engineering. Hybrid role based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and present AI proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility.
• Implement AI-driven solutions at scale across the organization.
• Maintain deployed solutions, respond to bug fixes and upgrades.
• Research latest AI developments and propose new solutions to management.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in software development with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong experience implementing AI-driven solutions in enterprise software.
• Proficiency in Python for AI development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Hugging Face and OpenAI.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) platform.
• Proficiency in .Net, Java, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of neural networks including CNNs and Transformers.
