You'll lead the strategy for monetizing distributed energy assets through wholesale power markets and utility grid services programs, acting as a key connector between engineering, product, and commercial teams. Your work will shape virtual power plant frameworks and ensure systems are designed to be grid-ready. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy for participation in energy markets and grid services programs.
• Lead development of asset aggregation and dispatch capabilities for virtual power plants.
• Establish technical standards for grid-ready systems including telemetry and metering.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams on market compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in energy markets, utilities, or grid services.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/RTO markets such as PJM, CAISO, NYISO.
• Proven experience commercializing distributed energy solutions or energy services.
• Demonstrated ability to build new capabilities in cross-functional organizations.
