💼 About This Role

You'll manage leasing inquiries and conduct tours for a townhome community in Lubbock, TX. Your work will drive leasing success and ensure an exceptional resident experience while using Google Suite for daily tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage high volume of leasing inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Schedule and conduct in-person tours and open houses.
• Deliver consistent follow-up to convert prospective residents.
• List homes on MLS and network with local brokerages.

📋 Requirements

• Must be an active Real Estate Agent licensed in Texas.
• Commit to working Tuesdays - Saturdays, 9am - 6pm.
• 2+ years of experience in Property Management or related field.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use Google Suite.
