Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, CS, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager in IT or Professional Services
• Prior experience managing project managers or similar resources
• Expert in Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document program requirements
• Lead multiple projects using Agile or Waterfall approaches
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, and outline scope
• Identify and engage key stakeholders for alignment
• Oversee program schedules and coordination across teams
