💼 About This Role

You'll be Fluidstack's primary interface between datacenter infrastructure projects and the surrounding communities, governments, and civic institutions. You'll build trust before construction starts, sustain it through operations, and turn local stakeholders into long-term advocates. This high-leverage role sits at the intersection of public affairs, economic development, and communications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop community engagement playbook with stakeholder mapping and outreach cadences
• Attend town halls, public hearings, and planning commission meetings as company face
• Build relationships with elected officials, staff, utility partners, and community groups
• Monitor state/local legislation and align policy shifts with business priorities

📋 Requirements

• Experience in hyperscale or AI datacenter development
• Familiarity with energy procurement, grid interconnection, or sustainability communications
• Multi-jurisdictional and/or international community engagement experience
• Experience engaging with sovereign or government customers alongside private stakeholders
