You'll lead end-to-end design for growth initiatives in a fast-scaling global SaaS environment, shaping user journeys that impact activation, retention, and monetization. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to design and test high-impact experiences across a multi-product platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for growth initiatives aligning user needs with KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hypotheses and iterate on experiments.
• Design and prototype new features, leveraging A/B testing and behavioral data.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system with innovative interaction patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Design with at least 2 years in growth or experimentation.
• Strong expertise in UX, UI, and visual design with a portfolio showing growth impact.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Proven understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-informed design.
