🎯 What You'll Do
- Work with sales team to create and execute pipeline growth plans
- Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research
- Work with benefit consultants to drive awareness and create connections
- Process inbound lead qualification from email campaigns and website inquiries
📋 Requirements
- At least two years of work experience in sales development or similar role
- Experience in benefits, wellness, healthcare, or SaaS space
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and CRMs (Salesforce)
✨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in customer service and relationship-building role
- Track record of resilience and success from any field
