You'll lead the Color team at Alo, overseeing seasonal color development from concept to production. Your work ensures color integrity across lab dips, prints, and fabrics for a premium activewear brand. This role combines technical color expertise with cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage tracking and receiving of lab dips and bulk dye-lots with overseas vendors
• Maintain accurate color records and approval histories in color library
• Oversee color management and tracking in PLM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on color feasibility and timelines

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience as a Colorist
• Degree in apparel, textiles, or related field
• Superior Munsell Hue Test score
• Experience with spectrophotometer use
