💼 About This Role

You'll lead critical infrastructure operations for Ebury's new headquarters in León, ensuring zero-downtime for building systems. You'll act as Owner's Representative for a 24/7 operational hub. This role offers the chance to drive strategic asset management and decarbonization initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 24/7 critical system operations including BMS, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Oversee maintenance of UPS, electrical switchgear, and plumbing for operational continuity
• Lead emergency response protocol for critical systems uptime
• Develop and execute 5-year CAPEX plan for major equipment replacement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Electrical)
• Proven experience managing 24/7 critical environments (Data Centres, Trading Floors, etc.)
• Deep understanding of Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) and RITE regulations
• Advanced knowledge of UPS systems and power redundancy (N+1)

• Familiarity with BMS software and as-built documentation
