Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management processes, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions like shipment, replenishment, and supply management. You will work closely with the Operations Visual Management team to achieve optimal results for total store operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with management
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards
