You'll develop and implement a comprehensive training program for flight-critical GTAW welding operations on Starship and Super Heavy vehicles. Collaborating with Weld Development and Build Engineering teams, you'll translate skill requirements into hands-on lessons that qualify welders to meet strict quality standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach TIG/GTAW welding techniques and safety procedures to students
• Develop and update curriculum and instructional materials
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical lab work
• Assess student performance through tests and practical exams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in welding or engineering with 6+ years experience, or Associate with 8+ years, or HS diploma with 10+ years
• 2+ years of teaching or training in a classroom or industrial setting
• AWS Certified Welding Educator (CWE) credential
