Description

You will provide essential Level 1 and 2 IT support to WPP employees and agencies, manage service desk issues, and collaborate on infrastructure projects. Operating 100% on-site, you'll ensure employees can collaborate and create effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field
  • 3-5 years in IT help desk/deskside support
  • Strong cross-platform experience with Windows and Mac
  • Working knowledge of Audio/Visual (AV) technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class on-site IT support to employees and visiting clients
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and asset management
  • Perform Level 1 and 2 incident and problem management
  • Support hardware/software deployment, installation, and break/fix
  • Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle
