You'll manage the entry/exit gates and conduct patrols at a Carvana facility, ensuring protection of associates, customers, and assets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and document vehicle movement at entrance/exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and document safety concerns
• Execute safety principles and use Safe and Secure apps
• Respond to badge creation and CCTV review requests

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, Card Access technology
• Previous experience supporting an OSHA or safety team
• Experience supporting crisis prevention or response plans
