Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing assessments per physician orders
• Initiate and update written plan of care
• Provide skilled occupational therapy modalities within scope of practice
• Document care and services in compliance with laws and agency policies
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and plan discharge
