💼 About This Role

You'll join Eliot's ACCS team to provide evidence-based interventions to adults with severe mental illness. You'll support clients in their recovery goals through person-centered care in residential or community settings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide problem-solving and modeling interventions to clients
• Assist in ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses
• Support clients in developing recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Assist with transportation to work sites, activities, and appointments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience working with adults with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
