🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate AI and automated monitoring into compliance frameworks
• Design 'green light' processes that ensure compliance and high-velocity UX
• Collaborate with engineering to implement compliance-as-code
• Manage bank partner relationships with data-driven reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years in consumer finance compliance or legal
• Deep knowledge of FCRA, TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, AML/BSA, MLA/SCRA, TCPA, FDCPA
• Experience in fintech or bank partnerships
• Tech-forward mindset with AI tool adoption
