Description

As a Learning Development Intern at Planet, you will partner with the L&D Program Manager to design and build core Manager Essentials courses using Rise and Skilljar. You will research instructional design best practices, develop supporting materials, and contribute to the learning roadmap, directly shaping training for managers at a scaling space and data company.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Organizational Development, HR, Education, or related field
• Genuine interest in how people learn and adult learning theory
• Comfort with technology platforms and willingness to learn new tools quickly
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program

Responsibilities

• Design and build core Manager Essentials course modules covering goal alignment, feedback, and coaching
• Learn and operate Rise content authoring platform to develop interactive learning content
• Build and configure courses in Skilljar LMS including module sequencing and assessments
• Research best practices in manager development and instructional design
• Develop supporting materials such as facilitator guides and job aids
