You'll build real-time analytics features for Aircall's customer communications platform, serving 22k+ global customers. Your work will empower users with near real-time data insights and comprehensive reports. You'll join a growing Analytics & Data Platform team in a unicorn environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable, low-latency streaming data solutions
• Write clean code in Scala/Python/SQL and deploy applications
• Optimize queries and data models for big data performance
• Mentor team members and contribute to live site monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with near real-time analytics
• 5+ years with modern programming language (Scala, Python, Go, TypeScript)
• Experience with data modeling (star schema, dimensional) in AWS Redshift
• Experience designing complex data processing pipelines

• Experience with Kafka
• Experience shipping and maintaining code in production
