💼 About This Role

You'll provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support to end users including senior management and attorneys for the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys (EOUSA). You'll handle backup/restoration, file server support, and user account administration. This role combines technical troubleshooting with desk-side training and conference room support.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support to end users.
  • Perform backup/restoration and file server administration.
  • Manage user accounts and mailboxes.
  • Set up and support conference rooms with A/V equipment.

📋 Requirements

  • One year or more of help desk experience.
  • Experience with hardware and software installation.
  • Proficiency in user account and mailbox administration.
  • Ability to create procedural documentation and track tickets using ITIL.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Adobe Connect or online meeting center setup experience.
  • ITIL Foundations certification.
  • Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above.
