💼 About This Role

You'll own compute hardware from architecture through bringup on Terran R rockets. You'll design boards delivering 10+ TFLOPS for onboard AI/ML, with no hand-offs. This role combines spacecraft electronics with cutting-edge compute design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design compute boards for onboard AI/ML inference and data processing
• Architect power delivery for high-complexity carrier boards
• Define thermal interface requirements and hand off to mechanical team
• Lead hardware bringup and board-level validation

📋 Requirements

• BSEE with 5+ years designing high-speed digital compute boards
• Proficient in high-speed digital PCB design principles
• Strong command of power integrity and PDN design
• Experience with PCIe Gen 4/5 topology, configuration, and debug

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience writing firmware for hardware bringup
• Hands-on embedded systems debug skills
• Experience with COTS hardware for space applications
