💼 About This Role

You'll drive supplier quality development for COTS/MOTS parts in a defense technology environment, ensuring high reliability across the product lifecycle. You'll partner with engineering and supply chain to qualify suppliers and resolve quality issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive supplier quality development processes with product engineering teams.
• Review supplier processes and capabilities for design alignment.
• Partner to design and qualify functional tests at suppliers.
• Drive supplier quality readiness and root cause corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• 3-5 years of Supplier Quality Engineering or related experience in regulated production.
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with First Article Inspection to AS9102 standard.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active IPC 610 or IPC 620 certification.
• Experience with RF, camera sensors, HVAC thermal controls, motors, servos.
• Certifications: CQE, CSSBB, CQA, CQM.
