💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical onboarding for Square's largest merchants, ensuring they fully realize the value of Square's products. You'll engage pre-sale for discovery and solution validation, working cross-functionally to design complex deployments. This role is pivotal to Square's upmarket growth strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with sellers pre-sale for discovery, scoping, and solution validation
• Own and manage multiple complex onboarding projects concurrently
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
• Proactively identify and manage risk throughout the onboarding lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years in project management, implementation, or onboarding
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of RESTful API and integration concepts
• Spanish or French fluency
