Description

You will work directly with customers to provide reporting, best practices, and recommendations to improve their email programs using Braze. Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth Teams to develop strategies that enhance customer and team outcomes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in deliverability services at an ESP, agency, or large brand
• Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management
• Ability to identify and remedy deliverability issues
• Experience presenting technical findings to customers

Responsibilities

• Provide basic and advanced deliverability support to customers and internal teams
• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for deliverability troubleshooting
• Service assigned customers with paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlements
• Conduct investigations and audits into email sending practices
• Monitor customer email metrics and improve sending reputation
