You'll lead ALO's global brand video and CTV strategy across US, EMEA, and APAC markets, owning the media plan, buy, and data from annual planning through in-flight optimization. This high-ownership role lets you treat media as a craft, driving measurable brand outcomes at a leading lifestyle brand.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop global brand video and CTV strategy across priority markets.
- Manage significant paid media budget, including pacing and reallocation.
- Direct external agency relationships and hold partners accountable.
- Execute hands-on campaign targeting, trafficking, and QA.
- Build global measurement framework with KPIs and incrementality testing.
๐ Requirements
- 7โ10 years in paid media with video and CTV expertise.
- Experience managing media across multiple international markets.
- Proven track record owning large media budgets and driving brand outcomes.
- Hands-on with media plans, flowcharts, and DSP/platform setups.

- Background in fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle DTC.
- Strong grasp of brand measurement: lift, reach frequency, incrementality.
