You'll produce complete design packages for LMR security systems and oversee installation and closeout phases. Your technical expertise directly impacts the performance and integrity of deployed solutions. You'll work on a variety of projects, ensuring designs meet client standards and codes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce design packages including floor plans, schematic diagrams, and riser diagrams
• Develop construction schedules and lead coordination meetings
• Ensure procurement and installation meet compliance standards
• Coordinate system programming and oversee testing and calibration

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in a technical design position
• Proven LMR technical expertise
• RF design/software certification (e.g., iBwave) Level 2 or higher
• Experience with analog, digital (P25, DMR, TETRA), and DAS system design

✨ Nice to Have

• AutoCAD experience
• BIM365 experience
• BLUEBEAM experience
