Description

You will lead the modernization of BI and reporting infrastructure, managing a team to design and deliver analytics platforms, data warehouses, and business reporting. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience managing technical data or software teams
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based BI tools and data warehousing
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site at a Maddox office with quarterly travel

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the BI engineering team
• Design and deliver analytics platform, data warehouse, and business reporting
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights
• Troubleshoot data integrations and faulty data flows
• Train internal users on data and reporting tools
