• Lead by example and uphold expectations on Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services like piercing and engraving
• Support order fulfillment including in-store, phone, and BOPIS sales
• Maintain back-of-house organizational integrity for inventory and supplies
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
