💼 About This Role

You'll provide engineering and operational support for the firm's desktop and handheld devices, working across multiple endpoint technologies to support internal teams and external clients. Your core impact will be ensuring reliable and efficient end-user technology in a fast-paced financial environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and administer workstations and handheld devices
• Provide in-person and remote help desk support
• Troubleshoot application and performance issues on devices
• Administer mobile device management (MDM) platform

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, and firewalls
• Experience with remote access platforms like Palo Alto Global Protect, Netskope, Cloudflare Zero Trust
