💼 About This Role

You'll engineer inbound growth loops for an AI-powered finance platform targeting enterprise finance teams. You'll own the demand engine across paid, organic, ABM, and CRO, tracking CAC and conversion rates. You'll run structured experiments weekly and use AI agents as a core part of your workflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engineer inbound growth loops across paid, organic, ABM, and CRO
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests weekly
• Own website CRO with heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis
• Build and test lead capture mechanisms like calculators and benchmarks

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech
• Experience running paid acquisition independently (LinkedIn/Google)
• Experience with website CRO including A/B tests and funnel analysis
• Fluent in growth metrics like CAC, CPL, LTV:CAC

• Experience with ABM plays
• SQL or Python skills for self-serve analytics
