๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive revenue growth for SELECT by DoiT, a SaaS platform optimizing Snowflake spend. You'll manage a high-volume sales pipeline while navigating larger enterprise deals in a rapidly scaling environment. This role offers the chance to shape the sales process and collaborate with technical stakeholders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly revenue goals
- Manage diverse deal portfolio from high-velocity mid-market to strategic enterprise
- Own end-to-end closing process including discovery and solution pitching
- Partner with BDRs to co-develop territory plans and outbound strategies
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with record of exceeding quotas
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional cycles alongside complex enterprise deals
- Technical background with understanding of data warehouses and cloud-native technologies
- High degree of self-discipline and accurate sales forecasting
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
- Knowledge of FinOps practices
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
