  • Define people analytics strategy aligned with HR and business priorities
  • Design and deploy AI tools using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM technologies
  • Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and engagement
  • Create executive dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in people analytics or workforce analytics
  • 3+ years leading analytics teams
  • Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
  • Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end

  • Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Advanced degree in quantitative field
