You'll build a people analytics function from scratch, designing AI-powered tools and predictive models. You'll influence executive decisions with data-driven insights while leading a small team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define people analytics strategy aligned with HR and business priorities
- Design and deploy AI tools using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM technologies
- Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and engagement
- Create executive dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in people analytics or workforce analytics
- 3+ years leading analytics teams
- Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
- Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
- Advanced degree in quantitative field
