💼 About This Role

You'll join Pigment's Growth team to build GTM systems treated as real products. You'll design a centralized data warehouse, internal web apps, orchestration workflows, and AI agents for 100+ internal users weekly. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and R&D to drive high-impact initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design data models for Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack integration
• Develop internal web app (FastAPI/React) for data access
• Lead development of Newton GTM AI chatbot using OpenAI Agent SDK
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Engineering or Data role
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Experience with a cloud provider (preferably GCP)
• Experience prompting LLMs and implementing GenAI features
