You'll own internal and external communications for OpenGov, a leader in AI and ERP solutions for local governments. You'll turn complex priorities into clear messaging across Slack, LinkedIn, and the careers site, ensuring employees and candidates understand the company's mission and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and manage company-wide communications via Slack and email
• Partner with leadership to communicate priorities and updates
• Own and improve the careers site and candidate messaging
• Manage OpenGov's corporate social channels, especially LinkedIn

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate communications, internal communications, or employer brand
• Strong writing skills to simplify complex topics
• Experience owning internal communication channels (Slack, email)
• Experience owning or contributing to social media presence, especially LinkedIn

• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, People, and leadership
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
