Description

You will lead the Retail Systems engineering team, owning the technical vision, roadmap, and delivery of systems that power Alo's store operations and omnichannel retail experiences. You'll work at the intersection of retail technology, store launches, and platform reliability, partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

• Experience as an Engineering Manager in retail/store systems context
• Strong technical judgment and hands-on architecture experience
• Proven people leadership and ability to recruit and mentor engineering talent
• Experience with POS, inventory, and omnichannel order fulfillment systems
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology partners

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and coach a team of engineers, fostering high-performance culture
• Own Retail Systems technical roadmap and delivery, aligning with business goals
• Provide architectural leadership for store-facing systems (POS, inventory, omnichannel fulfillment)
• Manage technology requirements for store launches and expansions
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, ERP, Product, and store teams to deliver pragmatic solutions
