💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale enterprise data governance to make data AI-ready at Veeam. You'll ensure data is trusted, governed, and fit for AI consumption, embedding governance into AI design and delivery. This role reports to COO/CIO/SVP leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise data governance for AI readiness across core domains.
• Define data quality thresholds for AI system use.
• Extend governance to AI agents, features, and models.
• Maintain end-to-end data lineage from source to AI outputs.

📋 Requirements

• Data governance leadership in SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Understanding of AI/ML systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI-driven products or platforms.
• Background in data architecture or data engineering.
• Familiarity with AI governance or responsible AI practices.
