🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor daily trade executions and order flows for accuracy and compliance
• Manage automated trading risks and resolve trade-related incidents
• Conduct market abuse monitoring and prepare regulatory reports
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for product launch readiness

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of brokerage operations or trading experience
• Solid understanding of market structures and trade lifecycle
• Experience with trading platforms or order management systems
• Fluency in English

• German language skills
