📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 1-6 years of program management or related experience
• Experience with Jira for tracking project activities and KPIs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Familiarity with product development lifecycles or NPI processes
• PMP certification or MS technical degree
