💼 About This Role

You'll join a small internal tools team building test automation frameworks and electromechanical fixtures for Juul's hardware and firmware programs. Your work directly impacts firmware engineers, aerosol scientists, and regulatory teams. This role offers end-to-end project ownership and an AI-first engineering culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop test systems and automation tooling
• Contribute to CI/firmware testing infrastructure
• Own projects end-to-end from requirements to handoff
• Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, product design, and regulatory teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on experience in mechatronics or related discipline
• Strong EE fundamentals: circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis
• Experience designing and building automated test fixtures or electromechanical systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer electronics or factory test environments
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
• Familiarity with LabVIEW or NI DAQ
