💼 About This Role

You'll join Nebius as a Treasury Manager overseeing daily treasury operations, payments, and FX execution. You'll ensure strong controls and SOX compliance while optimizing liquidity and cash flow forecasting. This role offers the chance to work with SPV structures at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily treasury activities including payments and intercompany funding
• Manage and process FX transactions (spot, forwards, swaps)
• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain operational controls

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in treasury operations
• Strong understanding of FX products and settlement processes
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cash pooling structures and SPV environments
• Experience in a SOX-controlled or public company environment
• Hands-on experience with treasury systems (Kyriba preferred)
