💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI & Integrations Engineering pod to build Claude / MCP integrations, agents, and automations that power Legora's internal infrastructure. Your work will directly enable compliance-as-code and detection & response capabilities, helping scale the company securely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build internal skills, plugins, MCP integrations, and agents.
• Ship integrations and automations from AI Programme Manager specs.
• Stand up and operate AWS accounts and IaC foundations for internal apps.
• Build compliance-as-code and automated evidence collection alongside Security.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years engineering experience (Senior) or 10+ years (Staff).
• Proficient in TypeScript development; Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience developing with Claude Code.
• Pragmatic approach to choosing deterministic vs agentic solutions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Production experience with Anthropic Admin/Enterprise API and MCP integration.
• Infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi or Terraform) and AWS at multi-account scale.
• LLM operational concerns like MCP gateways and tool-use telemetry.
