💼 About This Role
You'll drive new business and close deals for Playground's child care management platform, working with qualified leads passed from the SDR team. As a player-coach, you'll mentor junior team members while owning the full sales cycle. This role is fully in-office in Denver.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Close deals with qualified leads from SDR team
- Manage full closing process from discovery to contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Mentor junior team members while meeting personal sales targets
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
