💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business and close deals for Playground's child care management platform, working with qualified leads passed from the SDR team. As a player-coach, you'll mentor junior team members while owning the full sales cycle. This role is fully in-office in Denver.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Close deals with qualified leads from SDR team
  • Manage full closing process from discovery to contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Mentor junior team members while meeting personal sales targets

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
